Question
I cannot clean this area on my recent rescued bulldog.  The vet gave antibiotics (oral) and ointment and cleaning pads.  I can't do this as my dog will not allow me to touch this area,

What do I do?

Answer
Anne,

First, antibiotic can cause yeast infections.  If he has a yeast infection, I suggest that after you finish the antibiotics, you put him on a probiotic.   That should help clear up the yeast infection.  I also suggest, that you only clean that area when absolutely necessary.  To much cleaning can cause irritation.

Hope that helps,
