My American bulldog is about 1 1/2 years old an he has a problem with his ear. The hair is becoming spotty and the inside of it has reds spots. What do I do?

Sounds like something for  your vet to look at.  It could be something as minimal as fleas or mites or could be something more serious.

Some more serious things would be allergies or mange.  It doesn't sound like it would be either of these since it is only on his ear.

You could try a flea & mite treatment.  If that doesn't help or if it gets worse, you should see a vet.
