about two month ago buttercup was put on beneful dog food, i started to notice she was getting these bumps, like a rash, they would rise a little then scab over, pulling the hair out, when i would go to clean them i noticed that they are not healing and leaving hole like area's like the shin after you pop a pimple, puss an bleeding. thats not all, she has swelling and same things happening on all four feet, puss, bleeding, breaking of skin, i am at lost for words, butter is a 26 generation bloodline show dog, i have taken very good care of her, vet said to wash her with antibacterial soap. nothing, when i look in her eyes it kills me, please help me understand. I live in port orchard washington....

Hi Joe, You have Buttercup on a very poor food.  ( Sorry, no other way to say it - Beneful is just awful....)
NOW, let's get Buttercup better with some good food and supplements.

Your vet should have helped you change Buttercup's food.  

Two Choices to look for:

I would like you to MIX the OLD food and the new foods x 3 weeks..
AS to not give your kid any LOOSE stools...
Do a 50/50 mix for 3 or even 4 weeks.  AFTER that time frame, you can go 100% to the New food.
