Hello,
Why would the experts, either one or all, NOT recommend using the large breed formula for an EBD puppy? I am swithing my bully from the Natural Choice food he was on with his breeder to Innova large breed formula for puppies. Changed my mind after doing research that the Innova seems to be one of the best. Is it okay to feed the large breed formula? If not, why? Thank you!

The reason I do not recommend large breed puppy food is because of the kibble size.  A bulldog needs to have a small kibble.

If you feed a large breed food, make sure you get one with a small kibble.

There are many, many good dog foods out there.  I'm not sure one is better than the other.  Just don't go with a cheap brand that has a lot of fillers.
