we have a 16 week olde english bulldog and we have tried everything to potty break her. she will go number 2 outside but she is still urinating inside . She will go outside but then she comes in and goes agian and again. what do you suggest we try?

You need to keep at it.  Every time she goes in the house, gently swat her and say, "No, No.".  I think it is good to use a rolled up newspaper, because it makes a noise.

Every time she goes outside, praise her.

You have to be consistent.  It is easier to train her to do what is right, then to break her from what is wrong.
