Question
My English Bulldog, Bridget is almost 3, she is spayed.  I feed her homemade meals of baked chicken, brown rice and veggies. The last 3 days or so we've noticed her private area has like a little bit "protruding".... like a little blister almost.  And this morning I noticed blood on her bed... little dropelets that look like they came from this spot.  There is no blood in her urine.  Everything I've researched suggests this only happens in males or that she is in heat... What should I do? Thank you!!!

Hello Shannon....Did our English Bulldog have a UTI ???
I would love to know what happened at the vet's office:
Did you place her on the cranberry supplement?  Did you change her food ????

Hi Shannon - I wonder if she has a Urinary Infection.... You would not see blood in the urine but may see drops in her bed.  Also, if the anal sacs are infected that can give her troubles and blood.
Yes, take her to the vet for a good check up.
Sounds like she may need some antibiotic.

Also, You can try some Cranberry tablets ( the kind for humans) and give her 1-2 per day to help her kidneys.
And, A NUVET Plus wafer per day is  wonderful for her immune system and all body systems...
