Hi guys,

Question, I have an Olde English Bully who is having skin
issues.  They are on his neck and chest and small patches
on his back and hind quarters.   

Some look like bloody pimples that when popped bleed. They
are in seperate patches about thumb size with a tiny bloody
pimple on the top or side.

Others are just dry scaly patches that lose hair.  

What might this be and what would I use that is natural to
help him out?

I suggest that you have your vet do a skin scape to find out what it is.  They can suggest medication or treatment.  

Or when you find out what it it, you can search for a natural treatment.  

Sounds like mange, but you should really find out exactly what it is before deciding on treatment.
