Hi,
My 18 month bullie Cooper has recently started biting and licking her feet. We have checked to make sure there's nothing between her toes. Today, she has started to gnaw at her back foot, so much so that her foot is raw.
Any ideas? Many Thanks.

Well, could be environmental allergies or food allergies.  
Do you have Benadryl in the UK?  I would  give her 1 ( 25MG) now and another one tomorrow... Call your vet and see if you can get her in.

MOST vets have no problem giving the directions of Benadryl over the phone - the Walker Vet offers 1-2 mg per pound of body weight.
WE still do pounds here in the USA.
I am sure your bullie could have 1-2 (25 mg tablets )....
If you are unsure / Please call your local vet.

Too hard for me to help ..... We can talk foods and supplements after she has seen a vet.  She may need Antibiotic for the RAW chewing area.

Get back to me .....let me know what the vet says???
