I have an American Bulldog that is 11 months, and she has been in heat going on 3 weeks now. So how long are American Bulldogs stay in heat??

Bulldogs tend to have very strange heat cycles, but three weeks is rather long.

I suggest taking her to a vet.  There may be something wrong.  If you can see a vet that specializes in reproductive health, they can do a progesterone test.  That will tell where she is in her heat cycle.
