QUESTION: just got him has he is 6 weeks old has diarrhea he was a rescue the people who had him were giving him milk(cow)to soften his food. just gave him his first set of shots, and he gets bored with squeak toys and rope toys which my Chihuahua loves him kind of at a loss

ANSWER: Hello Samantha, Sounds like this baby needs to see the vet?  I know you said he had his shots....Did you or the rescue folks give the shots?  If he has not seen a vet, please get him in.
The reason to see the vet is to check the stool - bring in a sample and check for parasites.

Also, give this baby some canned pure pumpkin - 2 teaspoons per day to give the stool some bulk.
What food are you feeding / are you soaking it... are you feeding formula....???

QUESTION: Im not sure if they took him to the vet or not I can call and find out, Im feeding him purina puppy food but its a little hard for his teeth so i just use water to sofen it up a little.I called the my vet because he was so young asking weather or not to give him formula and they said no and to go ahead and give him his shots. We have always given our pets there shot ourselfs so i gave them to him yesterday.

Hi - I give my own shots, too.  OK, sounds like you are doing well with soaking the food in a little water for a few minutes to soften it. Good JOB.
Add the canned pure pumpkin to his food 1-2 x per day.  
Also, it may take a little time for him to adjust to real puppy food and not milk or formula.
