Hi, My bulldog has been worrying me so much lately. She has been itching non stop, and biting her feet as well. I know bulldogs get cists between there toes but she doesn't have any. We had her on the prescription science diet but someone told us to put her on the no grain food, Orijen. But she got these two sores on each side of her neck and we weren't sure if it was a coincidence with everything shes going through or what. Then two weeks later, which was a couple days ago she got another sore on her back but the vet said it probably was a bug bite. But we really not sure.
Please help me, I really want to figure out how to help her.

Hi Christine :  Yes, I am glad you contacted me.... For the ? bug bite rash or hot spot please apply this ointment.  
EMT gel - this wonderful product can be found at some pet stores and hunter supply stores... many hunters use it for their dogs that get injured.  EMT gel acts like a bandage but allows the wound to heal while covering it.

I bet your bullie girl has some Environmental Allergies besides the food allergies.  I would love to help you kids...

Ok, how about you try this kid on some Innova EVO or  Wellness CORE dog food /  YOU should be able to find the Core - please get the Seafood Wellness CORE. ( ocean flavor) ( Pick Wellness over Evo)

Mix your Old food and the NEW food x 2-3 weeks,
 After about 3  weeks go 100% to the new food -grain-free feeding with the Wellness or Innova Evo.

Next, I would like you to go and get some Acidophilus 1 billion CFUs and give 2 per day for 5 days.  AFTER that, give 1 per day - long term.  
( acidophilus can be found at a health store or on-line)

PLEASE let your vet know you are going a more Natural route with your dog's care.  Keep your vet in the LOOP.  

Also, I would like to see if you can find some PURE salmon oil - give your dog 1-2 tablespoon per day - just mix into the food.
If the stools get loose, then lower the dosage of salmon oil.
