We take our 14 mon. to day care 3 days a week, but the days we don't take him he gets separation aniety and vomit up clear foaming/sometimes yellow.  Any suggestion on how to deal with this.

Are you saying that when you leave him at home alone, he does this?

I suggest that you make sure he has a special place that he can go to in your home when you are gone.  Make this place nice for him.  When you are home, give him a lot of attention when he is there.

I think he will get use to staying at home.
