my english bulldog snorts all the time and seems to be having trouble breathing,noticably during exercise, also on long walks she will heave a pile of foam up,she sounds almost piggish, we love her to bits and the sounds dont bother us we just want to make sure she is ok,im taking her to the vets next week anyway, just wondered if any advice,

Bulldogs can have problems breathing because the way they are structured.  Some bulldogs are more athletic than others.

Your bully may be one that can't handle a lot of exercise.  I suggest that you take shorter walks with her.  You really don't want her to get overly stressed.  That can be fatal for a bulldog.
