QUESTION: Hi Maria, I have a english bulldog, 2 years old and since she was a puppy she has been having skin allergies problems. She scratches a lot around her neck, licks her paws and also sometimes her bally gets irritaded. The most important thing is that in her paws and between her toes, she gets like a black wax and it smeels very bad. I have been using medicated wipes daily, but it does no actially work. She does not have any ear infection, fleas or ticks. She has been to different vets and she already took predisone. However, after the treatment is over her allergies came back. We changed her food from Eukanuba to Z/d (science prescription food) and she has been eating just that food for over 3 months but nothing changed.
What do you recomend to help my baby?

ANSWER: Hello Tatiana and little bullie girl!
Yes, I can help and I have a great success rate with my clients.
Here is what I would do:

1.  Off the Z/D - slowly mix the Z/D with a grain free food:
YOU can get Innova EVO, WELLNESS CORE ( ocean) or
The Merrick - "Before" grain ...
THE key is grain free - YOUR gal has a big overgrowth of Yeast -  I bet anything that is what she has /RELATED to allergies.

4.  Please get some TEA TREE Oil shampoo - and hot spot spray -
the spray would be great for the paws and in between , the the yeast areas of the paws.

Hi again - I guess I should have said " JUNK free food "  The Z/D is full of junk fillers and STARCH is the main ingredient... CAN you imagine eating this stuff?
I am sorry if I sound harsh - this is one of the worst foods and it makes dogs fat.....
If you ate starch all day it would make a person fat, too.

I already ordered everthing that you told me... I bought the food Wellness Core Ocean and she loved the taste. She is a very small bulldog, she has just 34 pounds. I have been giving to her 1 cup of food in the morning and 1 cup at nigh? Is that ok?
I also have an all white bulldog, he is almost 2 years, he has 60 pounds and thank good he never had any kind of skin or allergies issue. I am going to start to give to him the nuvet plus and I also changed his food for wellness core.
Should I give to them salmon oil?
How many cups of food should I give to him? He has been eating the same amount of my girl.

As far as the Salmon oil, you can wait on that.
