Spike has hot spots(pink,itches,and it starts to bleed).We Have taken him to the vet 2 times and have given us food and medication.Once he finishes the medication it starts to regrow.Any suggestion plz?

I think the best thing for hot spots is a medicated wipe.  It sounds like the medication your vet has been using is not working.  The hot spots really shouldn't come back.  He may get hot spots in different spots, but it should not be that often.

I suggest trying another vet - maybe a vet that specializes in bulldogs.
