Question
Just got puppy and he urines continues no matter what. After he urines he lays in it.  Is this just a part of the puppy stage?  He can barely walk without laying down is this part of it.

Hi Peggy -  I would have him checked by the vet for a Urinary infection?  He should not have to go "pee" more than every 3 -4 hours when awake.  If he is going every 1-2 hrs there is something wrong and he may have a little infection.
Call your vet...
