Question
hi there i have a 9 month old British bulldog , we have been feeding him on science plan and was advised to feed him on royal canine on making this switch by weaning him it has become obvious that the food is no good for him and upset his stomach, we shop at petsmart and theres to many different sorts to choose from . iv read a lot on Internet stating that a lot of the foods that are more expensive are not really that good, can you please advise me the best food to feed him .he tends to gulp his food down very quickly and we sometimes add a bit of water to slow him down when eating .
thank you for taking the time to help

Answer
Sue,

Science Plan and Royal Canine are both good dog foods.  It may just take some time for your bulldog to get use to the change.  It may take up to a week for his system to get use to a change in foods.

Eukanuba and Iams are also good dog food.  These are what we feed.

Dog food for a bulldog needs to always be a small kibble.  They can choke on a large kibble.  Bulldogs tend to eat their food quickly and I don't think you can change that.

Just pick a dog food and stick to it.  Give him a chance to get use to it.  I think any of the dog food that Petsmart sells would be fine.
