Question
I have just bought a new pet and he is 6 months old very healthy and is u.t.d. on all vaccinations ... I got him from a licensed kennel and he seems to be afraid of well pretty much everything what caused this . I know that a new environment can cause some of this but it is real bad like he has had very little attention at all if any... Will he come out of this or is it something that will haunt him his whole life ... I hope that this can be fixed . I am starting him on a Purina diet

Hi Vaughn,  BEST wishes on your new dog!  Don't worry, he has lived in a caged area for 6 months and it will take time.  Please see a dog trainer for some lessons.  I would start him in a puppy program.  Many times they have classes for OLDER puppies like your boy.
Call around to VET offices and ask them for Dog trainer names and numbers.

As far as the diet  - Purina is not so great for your dog..... American bullies are very prone to allergies and skin problems.  I would slowly mix the Purina with another food .
Look for INNOVA PUPPY ; Wellness Puppy ; or Merrick puppy - all can be found at a pet store.
Please start your boy on 1 NuVET wafer vitamin per day- to protect his skin, hips, joints and knees from future injury or arthritis.
