Dear M, You were such a big help last year when I was having food and allergy issues with my newly adopted OEB. Today Bella is 3 1/2 yrs old she is happy, heathy and non itchy. She is on welliness core, we rotate adding a little whole mike cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, plain whole milk yogurt, and pumpkin to her meals. Her stools are firm. I have not added the NuVet wafer as of yet. She does not eat her own stool but is fond of our cats. When we walk she'll leave all the the stools she sniffs out alone. Except for my neighbors yorkie. Yuk!! is she missing something in her diet?

Hi Robin, Well, you are missing the NuVET supplement.  Other than that, it looks like your diet is balanced.  You can use 4% cottage cheese and you don't need whole milk products.
( she is not a pup so whole milk is not needed)

POOP eating???  Vets don't know why dogs eat poop.  Some will say you are missing something in the diet and others will say that is not the case.
