Question
We have the sweetest English Bulldog that we rescued two years ago.  He has had many, many issues with allergies.  We have spent a fortune seeing the vet dermatologist and while it has helped some, not all issues have disappeared.  Our bulldog was losing fur and had raised red bumps on his skin that looks like large pimples.  If squeezed they would just bleed.  He said it was due to environmental allergies.  He is currently eating Natural Balance Allergy formula (lamb and sweet potato) and taking 100 mg of Atopica per day.  He has been through 2 rounds of antibiotics and the sores are not gone.  Some have disappeared, but he has many still particularly on one side of his back.  We are washing weekly with a special shampoo for skin infections that the vet dermatologist gave us.  He also takes a fish oil supplement daily. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Feeling so worried and frustrated.

Let me know if you have any questions.

You may want to change from the Natural Balance to Life's Abundance down the road.
If you decide to change go with a 50:50 mix of the Natural Balance and the Life's Abundance for at least 1 month.   Make the change over slowly.
I am now feeding Life's Abundance to my pets and many of my clients are switching over.
We get FRESH food that we can track from factory/bakery to our door.
I don't want to deal with the Pet food recalls.  Too many are still happening even in 2010...
