Hi Maria,

We have a 9 week old male bulldog named "Cubbie" and he will not stop barking when put in his crate for bedtime. He usually will go in fine right when we go to bed, but when he wakes up a few hours later and I take him out to go potty he won't go back in the crate without barking forever. I've tried to let him bark and not take him out but he won't stop. He will bark for hours and I don't know what to do anymore. We don't want him to get used to sleeping on the bed and we have played with him to try and tire him out before bedtime. If you have any advice, please help. Thank you.

Hi Josh, The behavior will not continue for too long.  How about play a radio on some low soft music all night long.  ???  You can also leave the T.V. on for the dog.  
( some kind of background noise like a radio is best)

Another thing you can do is place him in the bathroom with his crate door OPEN and a baby gate to block the bathroom door.  - leave a night light on, too.
