Bulldogs/Dribbling Urine in House

Question
I have a 2.5 year old female English Bulldog. She is very well house trained and has no problem waiting to go outside to uriniate; however she quite often dribbles urine while playing inside and especially when she is sleeping. she doesn't seem to mind sleeping in her urine either. Is this something unique to this breed or is there something wrong with her.

Hi Abigail,  Well, it could be a hormone problem, very common:
