hi my british bulldog has very bad dermatitis on his tail &ears  wat do u think i should do been to vet but steriods &crem dont work

Hi Teresa, so sorry your British Bullie has skin problems.  So many of the Bulldog breeds tend to have allergies and skin problems.
Please let me know what brand of food you are feeding?
Also, have you used Benadryl at all?
What kind of shampoo are you using?
