Question
I have a 4 month olds frenchi female. She has begun limping on the back right leg. It is worse after she is laying down and seems to work out after moving around. I don't feel any swelling nor can I feel a spot that is painful to the touch. She has been eating Max pro puppy, breeder recommended but have switched her to California Natural lamb meal and rice.Also, she gets powder for tear stains with lots of B vitamins in it.

Hi Chris, If this continues, have the Vet check out the leg.  It may just be too much play and a slight strain.  Give it a few more days and see.  This can be common in a pup.
Also, some bullies do have luxation in the patella area ( trick knee) -  Many times they grow out of this type of a problem.

If you have a luxating patella the Vet will be able to feel it with his fingers.  You don't even need an x-ray for them to determine this.  It is genetic and many times surgery is NOT needed.
