Question
My 4 year old bulldog has an area on face @ 1cm diameter at widest side. It became obvious, since it shows white area. (was usually black color). I compared it to corresponding side of face (other side of his mouth), to see if it's actually just a color change or bump, which it appears to be the latter. I gently wipe it and he slightly reacts, but does the same on other side. It is NOT in a fold of skin, but where whiskers grow. What do you think this could be? He doesn't try to scratch it, so I don't believe it itches. Thanks for response!
