My little girl (approx 6 mo. old now) has some skin irritation and gets kind of large bumps on her hind leg.  She has had two regular visits to the vet for puppy shots and flea and tick and de-wormer and also has a had a return visit for follow up shots and to be chipped and spayed.  Since her last visit (1 mo. ago) she has started having skin problems that I think are allergies to possibly food.  I feed her Iams puppy food for large breeds and she has no previous ear infections or has not been on any medications.  What can I do to prevent her from getting worse and to treat her current skin problem.

Hi Rachael,  Best wishes on your Bulldog puppy!  She is too young for allergy testing plus it costs many $$$.   Yes, you may be correct about the food.  
You are using a food that I would not recommend to a bulldog owner.  **(too many low quality ingredients in most of the Iams ).

You girl may just have some environmental allergies as your weather became more hot and ? humid.

This is what I would refer you ladies to:

1.  Change over slowly ( doing a 50/50 mix of your food and the new food)
