QUESTION: I HAVE A ENGLISH BULLDOG 1 YEAR OLD.I THINK HE HAS ALLERGIES.I HAVE HAD HIM OLD MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF FOOD DUE TO HE HAD A VERY LOOSE STOOL ON THE FOOD I TRIED .THE I HAVE TRIED INNOVA,CALIFORNIA NATURAL,PURINA PRO PLAN LAMB AND RICE.THE PRO PLAN WORKS GREAT FOR THE STOOLS,BUT HIS EYES WATER MORE,HE ICHES OCCASIONELY,AND WHEN I BRUSH HIM I GET ALOT OF HAIR COMES OFF.I AM CONSIDERING A GRAIN FREE DIET.I HAVE READ THAT THE RICE IS NOT GOOD. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

ANSWER: Hi Hank and Family,  I would love to help you with the allergy problem.  I bet it is a combo of environmental allergies along with food allergies.
We have had great luck with Natural Balance (LID) Duck and potato.
How about mixing your current food with the Duck at a 50:50 mix for 3 weeks.  AFTER the 3 weeks go over to the Duck 100%.  
You will also need a good allergy supplement.  This will help to re-build the immune system, fight off the allergies, and stop excessive shedding.

QUESTION: Thanks for replying i forgot to tell you that i have been giving Harley Nuvet since he was a puppy7.And since Harley could'nt get good stools with the Natural Balance lamb and rice would you consider theNatural Balance  duck and potato.I have been told that Taste Of The Wild might work.

Well, So Glad Hank is on the NuVET!!!   As far as the Taste of the Wild, it is an excellent food but very rich.  I would still try the Duck first and give it a good 3 week trial.
You can also give this boy 1/2 of a Metamucil cookie every day -  ( this is apple/cin)  YOU can find them at Walmart of CVS.  Should help with the stool adding firming fiber.

Also, Let's get this kid onto 200 IU of Vitamin E per day long term  
( this is natural and very safe)
Also,  250 mg of ESTER C -  1 per day long term

Hide in food or a pill pocket.

Give the E and C some time -- it can take up to 1 month to kick in.
NuVET should be taken daily at 1 to 1 1/2 Wafers per day long term.
