I am wondering why You seem to be unwilling to embrace the idea that Sandra Bullock is jewish? Isn't it cool to be jewish nowadays!? Please get it right I expected that You would become a more devoted fan of Sandra Bullock once that particular fact is established.

I don't exactly know how to understand your e-mail...are you Jewish? Because if you are and you feel like I offended you in a way, then I'm sorry. I certainly didn't mean to offend you or any other Jewish people. I have nothing against them, on the contrary. I was just thinking of Sandy all the time and she's not Jewish, as far as I know. If she is, that's totally fine with me. :)

I am not a Jew and I hope it doesn't matter and it is not that easy to offend me anyway. Simply I happened to become engaged in an interesting argument about the way Sandra Bullock and some other people present themselves. So I am really wondering if ther is any way for You to directly inquire it from her 'cause all of us are humans and You might not be prepared to readjust the image of hers You have for my sources seem to be not enough convincing to You. At the same time I am also interested to have a definite answer.

you may be right that I'm not prepared to readjust the image of hers. I never thought of her being Jewish, so this is new "material" to me, too. But I'm not much into religion, so honestly, I don't care what her religion is. I probably just can't help you with that question and you might ask someone else. If you got a definite answer, I'd be glad to hear it. Sorry that I can't help you.

Dear Carol... . Let me bring home to You that Jews are not a religion. They are a nation,a people,
an ethnicity. It has been proven by dozens of DNA researches that have not been challenged and
by now have been recognized as a valid evidence by the whole scientific community.
The fact that they have a particular religion of their own doesn't stop them from being
a people. There are hundreds of ethnicities in the world that are being a nation and
a religious group at the same time - Japanese( official national religon -  Shintoism,co-existing
with buddhism), Haitians,Navaho,Maori, ... ect. On the top of it,the holy scripture of Jews
- Talmud is very explicit on this point: it pronounces anyone born of
a Jewish mother a Jew, whereas somebody born of a Jewish father and yet a Goy mother
( Goy in the Talmud stands for non-Jews, Gentiles)is not one of them ( a new Jew has to originate
and be built up from the Jewish material, to put it in simple words ).
Though with the general decline of rigorousness and purism in the 20th century this
rule is no longer observed. So you can obtain Israeli citizenship even
with single male Jewish parent or even grandparent (btw they request photographs from the
applicants who they interview in the Insraeli Embassy). You may be overt rank and file atheist and
still surely get Israeli citizenship if You have a Jewish parent or grandparent.So are
You not interested in "religious matters" (shamelessly fake excuse as You see) or You are not
interested to know the truth or You just do not have the means to find out the truth? In the former
and in the latter case I will certainly proceed on my own but let me know which one of these three
assumptions just above is correct. Anyway I am going to rate You very positively in the forum,
stay sure of that.

I don't have the time or the nerve to talk about that kind of stuff. I'm not interested and if I should get blamed for that, so be it. I am here to answer questions about Sandra Bullock and I told you what I know. If that isn't enough, you're free to ask someone else.
