I heard that Sandra Bullock is the worst-dressed movie star. Is that true?

I think that it's in the eye of the beholder. Some people like the way she dresses, others don't. Personally, I think she wears some weird clothes sometimes, LOL. The dresses she wore in Cannes were kinda strange. But still, I wouldn't say she's the worst-dressed movie star. What do you think?
