Question
David,

My wife and I will be moving to Burlington around the 1st of July. We would prefer to sublet a place for about six months within walking distance of "downtown" (Church Street). Is that something that's within the realm of possibiity? I'd like to think with UVM there might be some professor sabbaticals and such. If not possible, we would just rent a place with similar paramters. Is there any advice you can give us? Thank you.

Answer
Brent - You should be able to find something within walking distance of Church Street. I'd start by emailing Curt Wheeler. He's a property manager I rely on a lot. Curt's at curtjw@aol.com
I have a phone number for him as well if you need it.

If curt doesn't have anything for you, please feel free to contact me directly and I'll make a few phone calls to see what I can find.
