Question
Can you recommend some B&Bs for a first time visitor.
Preference on charm and walking distance to restaurants, sights etc.Thank you.

Answer
Hi Nik -

You'll find extensive discussion of this question in my answers archived at the site here.

The Willard Street Inn is lovely, as is Lang House, which is a bit closer walk to town, the lake, the bike path, the ECHO Center etc. They are both easily found on the www.

There's another one - much much more modest, but if it's good, very well located. It's called Sunset House Bed and Breakfast. Every time I walk by (frequently) I wonder about it, but haven't had a chance to go chat with them.

Thanks for any observations you can share after your visit!

Regards,
