Expert: David Beckett - 2/2/2009

Hello,
My boyfriend and I have lived in New York City for 6 years now. We both grew up outside of the city and are thinking about making the move out of NYC. I was born in Burlington( and raised in PA) and he grew up in Manchester.

We both agreed that Vermont would be a wonderful place to move because of the small town with a big culture. I currently have my master's in Special Education for children under the age of 3. I was wondering if there are any good programs for infants and toddlers with special needs. I currently work in an inclusion classroom and I would love to continue my work in Vermont. Also are there universities doing infant/toddler research?
Would it be possible for my boyfriend to get a job in politics as well, he used to work on campaigns.
