David, Hello. I am currently seeking a house sitting position as my owned home is occupied through the Winter. The duration of my sitting is flexible. Do you know where I should turn for assistance?

Coincidentally, I just helped a friend find a house-sitting situation, through personal connections and a formal networking group I helped get off the ground 5 years ago.

As you know, this sort of thing is most likely done through personal connections, networking and sheer luck. Even under the best of circumstances, there's a lot of luck involved. I'd suggest you contact me and I can give you some very specific ideas. I'll want to know more about you and your situation so I can begin to answer the inevitable questions should I be fortunate enough to talk with somebody who has such a situation.
