Burlington, Vermont/Good place to stay?

Question
I will be visiting Burlington for the first time in early August- for about 4 days.  Can you recommend a nice and not terribly expensive place to stay?
Thanks!

Answer
Hi Nicole -

Please forgive the delay in responding...I've been out of the country for a while, and now that I'm back I'm happy to help.

The not terribly expensive places tend to be a short drive from town - they are places like

The Anchorage (1 800 336 1869)
The Comfort Inn on Shelburne Rd (1 802 985 3334)
La Quinta Inn  (1 802 865 3400)

Burlington's such a terrific place for walking though, and it seems a shame to have to drive back and forth, so...

Here are 3 ideas which are actually IN Burlington:
Sunset Inn (a bed and breakfast in a super location)
1 802 864 3790
Courtyard by Marriot 1 802 864 4700
Wyndham Burlington 1 800 996 3426

Please let me know if I can provide more help.

Regards,
David Beckett
