Dear David

Greetings from Adelaide, Australia! Myself, my wife and our two young sons are considering taking up a two-year research post in Burlington at UVM and are seeking information regarding many things, but firstly and most importantly, accomodation. We are trying to establish the likely costs to rent a 3 BR house (preferably furnished) within 30 mins from the university.
Any suggestions you could offer would be much appreciated.
