Hi David!
I have a beautiful home on the Lake in Alburg Vt.  I have been offered a job with NCL America and will be working on their ships in Hawaii for a year (at least). I am looking to rent my fully furnished house to a responsible person/s.  I see you get many emails from people looking to relocate to this beautiful state.  My question for you is, can you help me rent my home?  I am looking at leaving by Dec. 1, 2007.  I would be able to be out of the house sooner and stay with family if someone was interested in moving in sooner.  Here are the amenities of my home...

Hi Karen -

Funny coincidence - Not an hour ago, I posted something at a bbs, suggesting somebody find a good property manager locally. I recommend one here in the Burlington area who's been at it for many years and is very good at finding and screening tenants.

I'm away this weekend, leaving early - I can call him for you early next week and ask him to give you a call. Shall I ask him to phone you when I get back?
