Hi, Mr. Beckett.
I'm writing a novel set in a city based very much on Burlington, a city I've visited a few times. Could you recommend any experts on city history, politics, trivia, etc...to add more local color?

Vince Feeney might know who could help you. He's a local historian - you'll find notices about lectures he's given at the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum's www site. I'd also go to The University of Vermont's www site and look for somebody in the history department.
