Question
I saw something about you and a dog day care or community park real estate for sale with your name, ask david so i am interested but I dont' particularly want to splash my name publicly around the internet.  Thanks, mD

Answer
Hi mD -

I belong to the Vermont MLS, with which Realtors in VT share info on what's for sale, so I'd be happy to look and see what's there that might interest you.
My home is in Burlington VT and my office is nearby. I primarily cover Northwest Vermont.

The particular property you saw was my listing and closed just last week. I had a lot of interest - this sort of home/business doesn't come along often. It was a very well kept and run Cape-Style home on 11 acres with a 19 run dog boarding kennel attached. It's located in Cambridge VT, 45 minutes from Burlington, in Lamoille County.

Please let me know if I can search the MLS for you. I can send you a link to all the properties meeting your criteria at no cost or obligation. I'll just need a price range and other criteria.

Please let me know how I can help!
