Question
Hello,

I am moving to Burlington from Montreal in January. I'm looking around right now, trying to find a job or some leads. I have a BA in Geography from McGill University, and I'm a certified TESOL teacher.
Looking forward to moving to the area,

Robin Burke

Answer
Hi Robin -

I'll keep my ears open for a TESOL job.

Please let me know if there's anything specific I can do for you - find something or research something for you.

I adore Burlington. It has almost everything going for it: The lake, mountains and scenery, the vibrant cultural and performing arts scene, the real sense of community and civic involvement.

But honestly, Montreal's one of the few places in the world that could make me want to move. Le Commensal,Cinerobotech, The 4 overlappincang Jazz Festivals (FIJM, L'off, Casa Del Popolo, Routes Du Jazz), Excentris, The film festival, The Botanical Gardens, the art museums, etc etc etc - how can you leave?

I'm curious - why are you moving? I can well understand why you'd want to move TO Burlington, but why would you leave Montreal? I'd be fascinated to know more if you'd care to share...

Thanks,

David Beckett
