I know that 'Golden State' just came out but I hear that Nigel has taken a leave of absense and I was wondering when their next effort is going to come out..

Answer
Nigel had taken a break to be with his wife who had a baby during the tour.  Since then, he has officially left the band.  Gavin has said that Nigel simply did not want to tour or be apart of Bush's next effort.

So, Nigel is officially no longer part of Bush, CHris Traynor who is an excellent guitarist (I saw him with Bush in Boston) will take over.

Bush's next effort will go into the studio this fall.  The date of release or next single is not yet estimated, but most are assuming Spring 2003.
