do you know anywhere i could get info on bush b-side songs and underground music? do you know a place i could bye there old music? thanx-

Answer
Hi!

A good place for info on Bush B-sides is: http://www.geocities.com/sunsetstrip/club/4771/music/disc.html There they have listed every song on every single, album, and soundtrack Bush has ever recorded.  Here is a list of Bush's B-sides and the easiest place where you can find them (some of these songs are not listed on the site I mentioned):

Bud (on Everything Zen single)
Comedown Acoustic (on Comedown Single)
Soloman's Bones (on Glycerine Single)
Cold Contgious Demo Version (on Swallowed Single #2)
Greedy Fly Demo Version (on Greedy Fly Single #2)
Bubbles (on Mallrats Soundtrack)
Broken Tv (on White Man's Burden Soundtrack)
In A Lonely Place (on Crow City of Angels Soundtrack)
Butane -aka Old (on XGames Volume 2 Soundtrack)
Good King Somethingorother (on Come All Ye Faithful Compliation)
Homebody (on Chemicals Between Us Single)
Chemicals Between Us Demo Version (on Warm Machine Single)

As for Bush's old music, Im not exactly sure what you're referring too. Their oldest album is 16stone (1994) which is widely available. Before they were Bush they were called Future Primitive and they do have a vinyl single (Bomb) and a promo casette (same songs as 16stone) that are both very rare.  Although, both of these contain the same music available on 16stone.

Each of them had their own bands prior to Bush and some of them have music available to buy. Dave Parsons was in a very successful English pop band, Transvision Vamp. There are many albums such as Pop Art and Velveteen that are not hard to find that you can purchase by them.  Robin Goodridge was in The Beautiful People which released an album called If 60's were 90's that is also not extremely hard to find. Nigel Pulsford's old bands unfortunaly have either not put out music, or are very hard to find, but you can purchase Nigel's solo CD, Heavenly Toast on Paradise Road at www.collectingdust.com. Gavin Rossdale and Sacha Puttnam's old band, Midnight,  have a single floating around as well, but it is very rare.

Hope this helped!

Expertise

I have been a Bush fan since 1995 when I first heard Comedown on the radio. I`ve seen Bush in concert 4 times and I have lots of Bush stuff, such as videos, singles, tour books...etc etc...because Bush is my favorite band in the whole wide world, and always will be! I'm a veteran of Bush online mailing lists (such as 15minutes, bush-l,23seconds, fatalcharm) and I'd love to help out anyone in need of Bush info! I can answer anything relating to the history of the band, the music (i.e.lyrics), the history of individual members. I will do my best to answer anything!

Experience

I dont know how I can explain credentials for being an expert in Bush...well, since I've always been on Bush mailinglists, I know all the late breaking info, as well as things that have happened in the past. I have an awesome memory when it comes to Bush for some reason...and my parents can name all of the members of Bush, even Sacha and Winston, I think that shows how obsessed I am!
