i was wondering if we could expect anything new from bush? is the band still alive?

That's tough to say...  currently, Gavin has been recording with a new band.  He talked of having stuff out with the new group by the end of 2004.  However, nothing has come out of the studio - and apart from the occasional news paragraph here and there online, nothing else has been mentioned.  I don't even know who is in the band with him, other than Helmet's former guitarist (who took Nigel's place back on the Golden State tour.)

As of right now, it is safe to say that Bush is not recording and has no plans to record.  And yes, that is very very sad.  :(

Someone told me Robin was playing drums for a local band in London, but I live in America and have no real way of confirming that.

I hope that answers your question, even though I'm sure it isn't what any Bush fan wants to hear.
