Question
G'day from Down Under.
I have always been a fan and have had many ups and downs with Kate playing in the background & foreground, and I have a question that has always puzzled me.
I am lead to believe from my research that during and at the end of 'Hello Earth' there is a traditional Georgian song 'Tsiv Tskaro'. Is this sung by the Georgian 'Ensemble Tbilisi', and if not, who is it sung by? Do you know where I can get the full version of this song?
Any help you can give me would be very VERY much appreciated. Thanks

Answer
David, sorry for the delay. I was on my way home from London so didn't get the question until I got home. I held off answering because my head needed a little time to adjust after the flight. London to Melbourne is a little tiring!
Anyway the choral piece is sung by the Richard Hickox Singers. The piece they sing is based on a tune from the 1979 film Nosferatu. The tune is originally a traditional song from the Republic of Georgia. (based on Gaffaweb information)
I looked up the film on imdb.com, (spellings vary greatly but this sounds similar to 'Tsiv Tskaro') and think this might be the song:
"Zinskaro"
Performed by Vocal Ensemble Gordela (Vokal Ansambl Gordela)
I recall reading something about the piece Kate used but can't recall where. I think that there was something about Kate wanting something that sounded like the piece from the movie, but am not sure if they sang the traditional song or an adaptation. I suspect there is no separate recording of this.  If I find any further details I will update the answer.
