Hi, I have been searching for the real meaning of Kate Bush songs. The lyrics are beautiful and allow for many different explanations so I would like to know from herself what she actually meant by f.ex. The Fog :-). Thank you

To know what Kate Bush meant to the meaning of a song, either an interview about that songs would have needed to taken place, or I (or someone I know) could ask her directly.
Unfortunately neither of these are true for "The Fog" (that I know of).

It just occurred to me that perhaps part of the talent of good song writers (and Kate is a good one) is to enable multiple meanings to a song, so many more people are relate to the song in the way they enjoy.
