Can you please explain or give me a clue to what the song titled "This Woman's Work" by Kate Bush is really saying. I like the song but i'm a little confused about who she's speaking to or what she is really speaking about. Please help!

In a previous allexperts post I wrote:

The meaning of "This Woman's Work" is to do with the movie "She's Having A Baby", where the character played by Kevin Bacon is thinking about his wife going into have a baby, when there is a complication with the birth.
The song reflects on how Kevin's character is having to wait, and is about to become a father, although he may lose his wife and/or his child.

Other people may interpret the movie in other ways.
