Hello Birgitte.can u help me on the above book. how rare is it? was it ever re-printed? how many were actually printed? and how much would one expect to pay to-day for a copy? (if of course available). appreciate ur help. kind regards. Raymond.

A: The book Cathy is much sought after and very rare.

A: No.

Q: how many were actually printed?
A: I believe 500 copies.

Q: how much would one expect to pay to-day for a copy? (if of course available)
A: It occasionally turns up at eBay or eil.com for very, *very* high prices (I believe around GBP 80 or more). But on this website you can view the entire book, for free: http://home.att.net/~james51453/
