Question hello,
my company provided fingerprinting service for a nursing home based in the bronx ny. they owe us $750. for the last 6 months. They refuse to pay or respond. How do we handle this? Is there a Govermental agency to police them?

Answer Since the amount is low, I would file a small claims court case with your local courthouse. When you get a court date, bring a copy of the signed contract or agreement you had with the nursing home as well as any receipts, invoices or correspondence you have had with them. As long as you have proof that they owe you this money, you will be all set. Good luck!
