Business Debt/SBA loan

Question
We own a business in south Louisiana and after four hurricanes in 3 years coupled with today's ecomomy our business is floundering. We have an SBA 7A loan using the business and its fixtures & furniture as collateral. At present we are paying a reduced note due to reconstruction. We will not be able to get Wind & Hail insurance, a condition for the loan. How do we go about an offer of compromise to the SBA. Our mortgage company Ciena is in BK.

I believe the best course of action is to consult with an attorney who may be able to strike a compromise in your agreement with the lender or you yourself can call the Small Business Administration, or the State Attorney General who may have resources available only for small businesses for disaster relief or to locate appropriate bonds or insurance.
