Question Hello Michelle. I have purchased your books and successfully started a collection agency in 2007. We have about 225 clients and are growing rapidly.
I am in need of a series of collection letters strictly for collecting business debt. I have established letters for consumer debt all set up. Since business debt is not subject to the FDCPA, can you suggest the proper letters to gradually make stronger demands to pay up?

! I don't know of any resources for just business debt, I do have 3 different books of collection letters but they are for consumer debt as well. When I had my agency I would create my own letters, you can use the letters in my books as a guide or even ask other agency owners what they use.
