Question
Hello Miss Michelle!

Below is the passage I was trying to translate into English, related to the activities of the lawyer's office. The 1st title/heading is Legal Representation in Negotiations with Insolvent Debtors (I hope it's OK) Could you have a look at this paying special attention to whether it's understable or not, maybe I should change certain words, expressions etc.

"If we reckon it beneficial for our client, during proceedings we may propose an alternative solution e.g. legal representation in negotiations with a debtor, intermediation in sales of receivables, instead of proceedings by writ of payment - bringing of an action to arbitration court etc.
We seek interests under the same order (maybe I should use the word commission) and without extra fees. It is also possible to commission a work to recover interests only. (maybe it's better to write "for recovering interests only")

Another heading: COURT REPRESENTATION (WRIT ACTION FOR PAYMENT AND SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS)
"If the negotiations with a debtor will not result in money recovery we continue to handle the case at court as a part of a commission until receiving the order for payment together with a declaration of enforceability. In the proceedings by writ of payment - contrary to other small companies which occassionally deal with such issues - XXX lawyer's office fully covers the costs of court representation, at the same time, declaring the right to execute the costs from the debtor. XXX lawyer's office is very experienced in this area, that is why it gained an indisputable advantage over companies conducting court proceedings externally."

Thank You

Answer
No matter what you put in your contract, before you use it, have a lawyer or a member of the American Collectors Association look at it before you begin using it. If you are not a member of ACA, use a lawyer. As with all contracts and debt collection letters, it is wise to have them looked at by an attorney before using them no matter what state or country you are in.
